At Niftyshop our goal is to make you happy and offer you the best shipping options available, best to our abilities. Please understand that due to COVID-19 there may be logistics supply chain disruptions that may cause delivery delays. Our team is working hard to fulfill orders during these difficult times, rest assured, we constantly monitor every order we process to make sure that it will be delivered on time as promised!

In case your local post offices experience closure or temporary stoppage in delivery, please contact them directly or to hold the package at a later time.

Placed An Order, When Will I received It?

All awesome products are curated and tested from some of our favorite unique vendors from across the world. This enables us to offer you affordable wholesale prices and excellent high-quality nifty products with great design and ingenuity. With this in mind, we ship from multiple warehouses across the globe.

The estimated time of arrival of your package with Free shipping is about 14 - 27 business working days, and for those who choose Express shipping when available, the estimated time of arrival is about 7 - 21 business working days. We will email you a tracking number within 3 - 7 business working days after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping Rates

We don't offer international shipping at the moment, we are working on it and will be available in the next few weeks. For the time being, we ship to North America only.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

Usually, there aren't any customs duty fees. But if there was, the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges. We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, therefore we do not collect the duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges there may be.

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid, such as collect on delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Niftyshop.

Customs policies differ from country to country. In such cases always contact your local customs office for more information. Please note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

What If My Package is Lost Or Stolen?

Niftyshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. What About Returns?

Please visit our Return Policy page for more information about returns. Niftyshop is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please kindly read the policy.

In Case You Entered An Incorrect Address 

If by any chance you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly. Please contact us immediately at support@niftyshop.store. The address can only be corrected within 24 hours or less upon receiving your email.
