After placing an order, how long does it take to receive the package?

What if my package arrived damaged?
- All products are shipped with extra care but every now and then due to postal mail service mistreatment, 1 in every 1000 products may arrive damaged, this is out of our control and may happen
- If this by any chance happens to you, immediately take pictures of the product for visual proof of damaged good
- Get in touch asap with pictures and your order number, and will happily send you a replacement
Can I cancel my order?
- Cancellations are only accepted if your order has not been processed and shipped within a 24 hour time period from ordering. Please send an email to our customer support team at email@example.com with your order number
